Ketuk Pintu Service Opened in Panggang Island

The Panggang Island Urban Village Puskesmas, Seribu Islands open the service of Ketuk Pintu Layani dengan hati (Knock on doors, serve with heart) for underprivileged people. 

The service aims to give 24-hour healthcare service for the needy

Panggang Island Urban Village Puskesmas Head, Sri Ratnah disclosed, the healthcare service is specifically for residents who have difficulty to get hospitals or puskesmas.

"The service aims to give 24-hour healthcare service for the needy," he expressed, Thursday (10/6).

Ketuk Pintu Program Should Not Only Be A Slogan

She stated, it is routinely held by opening the service in the field.

"We must also do socialization to the public thus they could utilize the service," she told.

Meanwhile, Hanifah (54), a resident of Panggang Island admitted she was happy with the service.

"My hope is it can be opened routinely because it is very helpful for us," she finished.
